Brief History of Our Fraternity and Sorority
In the late 60's many organizations roamed around the Philippines and one of them was DELTA International established on August 21, 1961 at the University of Santo Thomas. The founder was Emmanuel Uy Guangco.
Delta International Fraternity and Sorority , is a
"Humanitarian Service" and the Members were guided by the motto "To Open Doors for Good Government".
It's a not-for-profit organization. The purpose of this fraternity and sorority is to assemble college students to develop leadership, "To Promote true Brotherhood and Sisterhood.
